Heat Pumps
A heat pump is a part of your heating and cooling system that helps achieve the ideal temperature for your home by fluctuating the air temperature to either heat or cool your home
Heat pumps work by moving warm air to wherever it may be needed. Even cold air still contains some heat energy, so when your home is too cold, heat pumps extract heat from the outside air (even cold air) and moves it inside, or removes heat from your home in the warm summer months.
Heat pumps don’t actually generate heat. Because they just move heat around, they are more efficient than other heating and cooling solutions, and are a great option for some homes. Contact Mr. Furnace technicians to discuss whether a heat pump would help keep your home comfortable year-round.
